Hey! I’m Taylor — chiropractor, fitness enthusiast, and part-time golf ball detective (seriously, if you find any in the rough, they could well be mine).

I graduated from the prestigious AECC University College in Bournemouth four years ago and made the move to London shortly after to join the amazing team at Backspace. For the past four years, I’ve had the pleasure of helping people (beginners to top athletes) bounce back from injuries and return to the activities they love — whether that’s lifting heavy, running far, swinging a golf club, or simply moving pain-free. My aim as your chiropractor is not only to treat your symptoms but to uncover and eliminate the root cause.

My background in the fitness industry spans over 11 years, and it was actually during my time working in gyms that I discovered chiropractic. Like many of my clients, I’ve had my fair share of injuries, so I know just how frustrating and limiting they can be. That personal experience drives my passion for exercise-based rehab and helping others recover stronger.

When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll probably find me lifting in the gym, trying (and often failing) to perfect my golf swing, or writing up rehab programs.
