Lydia grew up in Yorkshire and graduated from the AECC University College with a Master’s in Chiropractic in 2020. Since then has she practiced in Essex and has embarked on some adventures around the world.
Lydia is passionate about treating people from all walks of life and ages, professions ranging from office workers to athletes, each with different goals and capabilities. She has special interests in treating sports-related injuries and works hard to ensure that whoever she treats is not only able to function pain-free but to the maximum of their potential. She is experienced in providing specialised treatment to people with disabilities which confirms her belief that chiropractic can aid everyone in feeling and moving better.
In her spare time, she likes to weight train in the gym, hike, and run. When not at work in London you’ll find Lydia heading for the hills.
Lydia is trained in spinal and extremity manipulation, soft tissue massage techniques, dry needling, kinesiotaping, and exercise rehabilitation which she uses in combination to ensure patients improve.
“I believe chiropractic integrated with a healthy lifestyle can help people live their healthiest and happiest lives…. Looking forward to seeing you in the clinic.”
